The Java Factory Roasting Company is a cafe located at the Halifax Seaport near South and Barrington streets in downtown Halifax.
The Java Factory began in 2005, originally in Tantallon, and today specialize in small batch, gourmet roasting of unique coffees from around the world. Their coffees include many types of Fair Trade and Organic coffees, as well as conventional and specialty coffees.
